The stuff where all caring, hospitable. The location was brilliant and handy for exploring this fantastic area, just next door to the beach, Broadstairs and the seafront. It was 1 km from Sancho's, offering quick-service...

A home away from home with awesome breakfast
The hosts were friendly. The room was spacious and well-equipped, and breakfast each morning was a highlight, freshly cooked with delicious local ingredients. We enjoyed the cozy atmosphere and will definitely return!

The room was beautifully clean, but check-in was annoyingly delayed due to technical issues.

I stayed in the family junior suite and it was super comfy! The beds were really nice and cozy. The room had modern furnishings and was really clean. The location was spot on, close to everything. Only downside was not having parking on site, but it was easy to find a spot nearby.

Highly recommend it for families
The breakfast was fantastic. All those options. And so hot! I can still taste that full English. Cooked to perfection! And those hosts, just like family.
It was a bit pricey, but overall it was acceptable.

Really good breakfast options, perfectly cooked. Room a bit warm with no air conditioning. Friendly hosts made us feel at home. Close to the beach, great for families.

Perfect getaway with great breakfast!
The breakfast is served right in your room, so it's fresh and delish. Sylvie recommended a food option for my mum, and it was super tasty! Only thing is, the room was a bit tight for space. But we didn't mind much.

Comfortable family suite with clean linens.

spacious house, central location, comfortable room
No parking available!!! The coffee and milk supply could have seen a refill for the second day!!! The breakfast choices were underwhelming and misrepresented in the room folder!!!

great atmosphere but a few areas to improve
The warm welcome from the hosts created a friendly atmosphere. The custom veggie breakfast exceeded my expectations and was a highlight of my day.
The room could benefit from updated decor.

I enjoyed the charming Victorian décor, which adds character. The guesthouse's beautiful solid oak floors and well-maintained common areas.
A more comfortable mattress would enhance the stay.
